Great customer service, good training and explanations of what to expect for the day. Prices are competitive, machines are very well maintained.
The staff was helpful from the start. Easy guide map showing the best trails and areas to visit. The rentals are easy to drive. It was cold and rainy when we went, which I think made it that much better of an experience (very muddy)
I had to write a review after the fun weekend we had. I was blown away by Ray’s professionalism. He was super accommodating of a large group, super safe, great knowledge of trails, ATV’s were in impeccable condition. His staff was wonderful as well. They even decorated 2 ATV’s for the birthday boys and sang happy birthday. They both claimed it was the best birthday ever! Outstanding experience! Definitely making this a yearly trip.
Group of 10 for a bachelorette party- best experience of the weekend! We rented 2 4person ATVs and 1 2person ATV. We did a 4 hour trip and opted for the tour guide- Paula, who was AMAZING! I definitely recommend a tour guide for a large group who aren't familiar with the trails. When we returned, the Owner Ray, had wine & glasses set up for a toast to the bride which was so sweet! Such a fun time and highly recommend!
Very nice staff that help you out throughout the process and lay everything out for you. The trails vary in difficulty as well with scenic areas scattered throughout. The ATVs are clean and well kept. You can't go wrong renting here!
