Last year (2020) Kayleigh was awesome. This year(2021) tax preparer called several times trying to set up an appointment and kept calling even after we asked her not to. Don't know her name she never introduced herself. When we finally went in she didn't seem ready. Maybe she had an off day but we will go someplace else next year.
Dawn was incredibly helpful and very nice. She helped me get the best refund. I had been using TurboTax and realized I should be going to Jackson Hewitt from now on. I will be going here every year from now on!
The woman was very funny who took my taxes great laughs and a great job love her! Definitely coming back
My parents did there taxes here, it was very fast, and no wait. She did a tax return for self employed, and we were here for 45 minutes. No appointment needed
