Robin always willing to help, even in a pinch she was able to get me a dress for a wedding with only 30 days till the wedding. Thanks Robin for all you do for the coos area.

The shop was extremely accommodating during shopping time, however when my matron of honor dress came in I was informed there was still a balance for the extra fabric I ordered to get sleeves added to the dress. When I left the shop when I purchased my dress I was of the understanding I was paid in full. The dress shop let me know, after the fact, that they don't charge for extra fabric until it comes in depending on if it comes with the dress or not and in my case it did not so they would charge for the freight they were charged. I can understand this business concept, however I was never informed of it and it was clearly a miscommunication on their part. The shop told me if I don't want to pay for it that would be fine, they can just keep the extra fabric, which I obviously need. The shop unfortunately did not feel the need to cover their miscommunication, which is quite sad. Just want others to be aware.

We had big problems with my tux, Robin was amazing and pulled a rabbit out of her hat. She has incredible perseverance. Thank you
