A must stop for the Nature Lover, this is a magical enchanted trip thru a moss and fern covered forest trail to a tumbling waterfall of smooth rocks. The water has worn away at the boulders, creating crystal Clear pools of mountain water that creates a cooling mist in the air. Photographers tip..you may be lucky enough to capture beautiful purple pink and green orbs If the sun captures the mist just right..They are actually water sprites that visit their area, so consider your self lucky to have captured them. The best time is Spring Summer and Fall

Beautiful falls with some history attached. Easy hike from parking lot. The water was clear and clean. It was starting to get busy even the beginning of April. I would imagine it would be packed in the heat of the summer.

Wonderful hike for the whole family. Easy enough leading up to a great view. Spectacular through many layers of ledges and waterfalls! Cool that there was a lot of water flowing but still some ice/snow around in mid April. Once you get to the bottom, you can turn around if you aren't more fit or afraid of heights or younger kids. However our whole group made it up another 20min hiking along the waterfall/scrambling for more interactions with the water higher up. A little nerve wracking for us watching the kids on slippery rocks near the falls, but also plenty of opportunities to stay on trail a bit farther from the actual falls.

So serene! There is something spiritual about Mother Nature that touches the soul just right! Little bit of history as well. Not too long of a hike but worth every step!

This is one of the most beautiful water falls out there, i have been there before and i hope to go again. It is a joy to see the beauty of nature and to get some fresh air!
