I have been bring my cars here for over 20 years.I no longer have my vehicle serviced at the dealer where it has been my experience that the average wait is 2-3 hours or more.At Progressive I make an appointment,bring the car in and it is serviced immediately and,I've never had to bring any of my cars back because of poor repairs.nSimply said,this is an excellent business and I hope he never retires!
