10/10 great service
I found wiring unplugged, as well as fasteners, both omitted and not tight...(it was just a back seat seatbelt bolt) probably don't need to be tightened. I would rather walk, then have these guys work on my ride. Lesson learned.
The owner is in cahoots with the local tow company. I was screwed over by both of them. Horrible customer service. My car accident was in April and on June 28 Lester still had not started on my car but was telling me oh it will be done the middle of next week .... every time I called and someone actually answered. During one conversation he began yelling and cursing at me and my mom and then threatened to call the police on us for no reason. Then he gave me 2 hours to get my car out of his lot. That was not possible he said not my problem. He then called back again telling me that he made arrangements for the car to be towed by his friend and I will be responsible for for the tow bill and storage bill and it was going to be an exorbitant amount. My car is out of that horrible place and now will be taken car of in an appropriate manner. One more thing he threatened me if I put any of this on social media!
