Horrible customer service. Called to have a broken fuel tank replaced as part of a recall on a kids UTV in September of 2020. Was told they will order the replacement and call when it is in. They have not called back over the past 6 months once. I called to check in in October, November, and today. When I have talked to someone there they have no new information and do not care about getting this resolved. Have left messages that have not been returned at other times. The fuel tank on this machine is open. The cap stem is broken completely off. This is a safety issue that as a Polaris service center should be a top priority but they do not care enough to return a phone call. I can tolerate bad customer service except when it involves safety, especially the safety of my kids. They were given multiple chances to resolve this, I would not add a review like this without giving them many opportunities to make the situation right. A formal complaint has been filed with Polaris.
Bought a 2019polaris called them to inquire about a tool pouch that wans supposed to come with it and didnt and they wanna knock off some of the 70 price tag for a tool kit.
Called me liar I have photos and video before I even took my machine to them. Just incase they try to pull a fast one on me. Have photos and specs to prove that clutch rollers where shot. They said it was perfect even know the polairs manual says they have to gap perfect. My belt smells like it burning all the time. But there mechanic MIKE says it perfect lol ud83dude06. Then Mike got butt hurt and hung up on customer trying to explain. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Definitely will buy there. When I'm ready.Just looking around doing research.
