Small but VERY organized and helpful people staffing the place...
Good place with good prices
I suppose the prices are slightly better than other stores. Not exactly sure. But in my opinion this store is too crowded and I find that on more than one occasion the staff members didn't seem to care much about serving customers. Maybe I was simply there at poor times of the day?
Went to store #08409 5080 S108th Street Omaha, NE. I purchased a billboard Bluetooth for my wife $11.25 it was defective and so i took it back to store because most purchases are less then 7 days within receipt purchases unless stated on receipt. The lady would not honor exchange and or gift card but to give me another one with open box no receipt. I left store to call manager later on. Explained my problem she offered same thing. No were on family dollar receipt does it explains electronic devices exchange policy or no refunds for it. I'd love to see family dollar please be more specific on there policy and especially print it on there receipt.
