Tried Texas T-Bone for Prime rib on a Saturday, early evening. It was a huge disappointment ud83dude1e To be honest- it was most likely leftover from the night before. I understand this situation may arise w restaurants, but these pieces to be used for sandwiches, not a $31 meal. Dry & no seasoning on the outside of the meat.nnThe dinner was completely comped (we were thankful for that.) Still tipped the server, as you always should, it was not her fault.

I'm not a fan of places that add a $26 gratuity to the bill for a party of 4 adults, had I realized that up front I would have chosen a different establishment. Yes, I believe in tipping but I believe it's a choice to be made by the customer based on their dining experience. If you feel you can't pay your staff enough, raise the prices and pay them accordingly.

We haven't been there since the relocation and it was wonderful. Very good atmosphere, great staff and Tatiana (spelling I apologize) was a fantastic server! Definitely back on our list of dine out restaurants!

OMGoodness! We haven't had a date night in awhile, so this was a special night out for us. We were seated almost immediately and Tatiana came over to get our drink order and bring menus right away. She was very attentive and took care of everything we needed. We started off with the Appetizer Sampler and probably could have enjoyed that for our entire meal...not a bad bite in it! We then had our Build-a-Salad...like a buffet salad delivered to your table! We shared the Dinner for 2 and chose a T-Bone (well) and Sirloin (medium) with a baked potato and spicy fried green beans. Both of them were done perfectly and were so tender and juicy that we didn't need to add any sauces...they stood on their own merit! I'll be trying to replicate those green beans at home, as well! We ended up taking half of everything home because the portions are so plentiful!! We will definitely be back, but we'll call ahead to make sure Tatiana is working because an awesome waitress makes your dinner out that much better!

We were extremely pleased with this restaurant. Staff was excellent and very friendly. The food is spectacular, cooked exactly how order and very flavorful.nI believe we had the best waiter.
