I just signed up for a large unit, I did the process 100% online. When I got there all I had to do was sign a contract. They have seamless service and the woman at the counter was a wonderful person to talk to and work with. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I definitely recommend this company if you are in need of storage. I also researched all the places in Omaha and this place has the best price too!

I did my research and made many calls while trying to decide on a storage facility. I decided on Storage Mart located near 102nd & Maple Street. The location is prime but I made my final decision to rent here because of the friendly staff and superb customer service!! I would like to give a special thank you to Mary! She went above and beyond to make this a phenomenal experience!! I’ve been in the customer service industry my whole adult life, so I recognize the best when I see it, and these folks are the best!!I highly recommend Storage Mart, especially the 102nd & Maple location in Omaha, Nebraska if you want the best of the best!! Thank You!!
The manager Sashti was a great help and very informative, she went above and beyond to satisfy my needs.
It was a very good experience for my first time being there the lady employee that was working the day i got my unit was very polite and helpful forsure!!!
