When I went to renew my membership with the complex. They showed me a receipt for $38 which I signed and then they charged me for each month in between the time I ended payment back in November until NOW which I DID NOT approve. They removed all the transactions one by one seven times in one day back to back. Very unprofessional, it’s very unfortunate because i spoke so highly of this gym. I was told by a few previous members that they have been overcharged by this gym and also that they have had the same thing happen to them. I was told the reasoning was because I had not turned in their “key” which i was never once told to turn in. Supposedly the key comes with perks that you can use at locations around town. I was never once told my membership had “perks” until the day I went to renew. I was told they do not do refunds but, a pervious member told me he was refunded for membership fees in the past. It’s super upsetting situation to loose all that money to a gym in which i did not even attend and had ZERO access to. I do not recommend you give your debit card number to this gym they stole $272 from me! ud83dude14

Words cannot describe how THANKFUL i am to Zack for bringing a kids gym class into Moses Lake. For one, he is AMAZING with the kiddos! The classes he puts on really makes these kids sweat from beginning to end! It's amazing to see how far along my daughter has come since starting these classes in April. The second class she attended, she was quite anxious but Zack helped her push through and checked on her throughout the class. She is SO MUCH MORE confident In herself and isn't so timid. It's awesome to see how well these kids work together and how they motivate each other to keep going when they start to get tired. I would highly recommend parents bringing their kiddos. Great gym overall!!

Love this gym! Super awesome! Many useful and awesome brand new machines and equipment, the main room with all equipment and machines, is a little small, but a good size, they have a little yoga room, to stretch and warm up, they have bathrooms, and nice main entrance and a big room with real turf! 5/5 ☆ would highly recommend to get a membership, office opens at 8am, Monday through Friday, but with a membership, you have access to the gym 24/7

Best thing that has ever happen in this city. Zack and his team have made a stand for young athletes to be on the next level. Just be patient and be committed, and it will all pay off.
