Huston & Higgins law office was very helpful knowledgeable and professional !!! I've worked as a receptionist and a legal secretary before, so I know how most lawyers handle themselves on the phone. I must say after just a few seconds, I wanted to hang up the phone. I don't want to bad mouth any specific person I spoke to but it boils down to one word: unprofessional.
