First time placing an online order. I live 2 hours away and once I got home it was nothing as to what I ordered. I don't like pinto beans and they put pinto beans.. I ordered black beans. I ordered brown rice and got white rice. I ordered extra chicken and it has more rice, beans and cheese and hardly no meat. I paid extra for extra chicken. I Guess staff doesn't pay attention to orders.. such bummer once I got and exited to enjoy my food but now I can't. Very disappointed

My go-to for fast, healthy, consistent and affordable(ish) food. I go here once every two weeks and that speaks for itself. With UNO nearby and in busy location, this place is almost always packed. They can be very expensive if you go light on your bowl, so don't skimp ask for extra!
I love this Chipotle! They were quick and efficient and my food tasted fresh and amazing, as usual. Not to mention the service was friendly and accurate
This location is always a fight to get too, and service used to be great. I went today to get a burrito bowl and it looked as meager to feed mice. Seriously y'all have cut portions to less than half they used to be!? This is sad.
