The staff was friendly and service was fast considering they were as busy as they were. Food was delicious hot and fresh, especially the breadsticks. Great atmosphere and parking lot was clean I felt safe even though I am not from Omaha after dark.
This trip was not as good as usual- slower service, and a small error in the order. Still, good food, and they're (usually) fast. Breadsticks were nice and fresh, and they have us extra for the wait.
Delicious food and friendly staff. So happy that there is one of these restaurants in Omaha!! Love the food.
From the time I ordered to the time I got my food was 9 minutes. The 2 cars ahead of me had to wait also, so they made everybody behind them wait. The lasagna and breadsticks were really good.
We eat at this Fazoli’s often. We feel like the service is way above most places in Omaha. They are friendly, greet you when you come in and don’t just throw your food at you. Today Tamera helped us and service was great again. We really appreciate good service because it’s hard to come by these days!!
