I went to Walgreens on 2nd street as I normally do to pick up a particular coffee brand that only they carry in GI. I noticed there was none in the refrigerator section and immediately went to go ask the cashier if they had any in the back. When I said, “excuse me,” Rose, the cashier who was more distracted by refilling the gift card wall and had her back facing me, responded with, “hold on.” She didn’t even look at me. So I stood there waiting patiently as I figured that was just her main priority at the moment AND THATS OKAY. What is not okay however, was when another guest walked past her and said, “hi, Rose,” headed for the register and she then decided to walk past me to immediately help him and not say a word to me who asked for assistance first. I was shocked first and foremost, but the simple fact that she didn’t even acknowledge how rude that was left me disappointed in Walgreens and that experience altogether.

I am traveling for work stopped in to grab antiperspirant which I had forgotten at home. Had to use the rest room, it was locked bu the establishment asked the cashier she replied she could page for me to use. Never have I ever imagined such a inconvenience. I declined the page and will never ever return.

They seem to do ok, but they need to do better at keeping personal records private and updating records.

Very convenient and open 7 days a week and holidays. If one of my children aren't feeling well, it's nice to get what we need late at night.

They are soooooo slow at getting to you in line and especially at the drive thru window. They're not friendly either.
