I finally received follow up after an issue I had. I had to contact corp and write a review to get a reply but I did finally get a reply to make amends on the situation and I am grateful for that. Typically this location is great. I'd like to think my one hiccup Saturday was just a hiccup and I can go on recommending this to others. I've since ordered from them again and this time I called and everyone was so pleasant and kind. Changing my review back up to 5 stars. I'm sure my hiccup last weekend was just a small slip. This location is usually so wonderful and kind.

I loooove Jimmy John’s. This location just always slacks. Something is always wrong with the order. Delivery always takes 45 minutes-hour. Customer service is alright at drive thru.

Of course I'll rate this location 5 stars, it's MY Jimmy John's. I'm the night manager at this location. Lots of training going on under the hood, molding of young work ethics and a lot of firsts! The food's delicious and my in-shoppers are always up for a challenge. Come try to stump us!
