Driver in black car deserves a raise! Ordered some pizzas, delivery driver in black car forgot the cheese packets and drove all the way back to store and back to our house with the cheese packets. We were thankful and impressed. However should add a button on order page asking if people want cheese or pepper packets with your order. Or have the drivers carry the packets in their cars. Any way Thank you again.

Literally the worst Pizza Hut. Cannot get through to ask for a refund. I was on the hold listening to their pizza deals for almost 30 minutes. We picked up and wait time was adequate. Should have checked our order before we left. Pasta was like it was cooked days ago and left uncovered in the fridge. Those noodles we crispy, couldn’t eat. Marinara was just tomato juice like someone opened up V8 and poured it in a cup. Wasn’t sure if our pepperoni sauce was made with V8 juice either so I didn’t eat any of it. Our cheese pizza was supposed to have marinara sauce, not their stinky cheese sauce. Double checked our receipt to see if I made a mistake but no it was on there with marinara. Our cheese sticks weren’t burnt this time!!nnNot the first time we’ve had troubles here. They constantly mess up orders or forget things. Last March I waited 2 HOURS for our delivery (weather was good). Called for refund and they wanted me to come into the store to get a refund in the start of a pandemic when you couldn’t even buy toilet paper. Don’t order here at the Underwood location. Hoping to get through tomorrow.

Andrea was horrible, simply horrible.nRude, condescending, lacks basic social-business skills.nApparently she's gotten away with her poor attitude for quite sometime now.nIf you want better customer service experience go to Pitch or Momma's Pizza.

Called 55 Times to simply get plates, red peppers, etc just to be hung up on several times. Never again will I order Pizza Hut food. Horrible customer service.

Ordered a curbside pickup and sat there waiting for 10 minutes after indicating I arrived without anyone coming outside. I wasn't sure if you were allowed to go in due to Covid and it being a very small store, so I called twice and watched as no employees answered the phone. Finally went in to pick up my food after seeing another customer go in and was not offered an explanation as to why no one came out or answered the phone.nnThe pizza was very undercooked, the breadsticks were burnt, the pizone was twice as big with half the fillings, and the Cinnabons had barely any icing. We threw out 60% of the food in the end. Will be looking for a new location for future orders.
