Edit. I've tried to come back again and my experience was even worse than last time. Customer service is something almost every employee at this location is lacking. I will go out of my way to avoid this location to get better service.

Water is leaking out from underneath the counter, not to mention the suspicious black spot on the floor by the counter as well. The trash cans were full and overflowing. Long hair employees with no hair tie and touching dirty counters then their masks while handling food without washing their hands... water and food all over the counter tops and work area... I won't be back to this location...

4 stars is absolutely awesome in my book and I very rarely give 5 stars!

Their service has become increasingly slow, sometimes taking as long as 20-25 minutes in the drive through with just one or two cars ahead of me. They never apologize for the wait, and are just by an large rather rude. Once I asked them why it took so long, and their answer was they were busy. Well they didn't look it, one of the girls was leaning on the counter looking at her phone. She didn't seem that busy to me. I'd be willing to put up with this for a bit but 2 of the last 3 times I went either the smoothie was made just flat out wrong and tasted gross, or I didn't get the additional ingredients I paid for. I used to get smoothies here frequently, I don't think I will be anymore.

Okay smoothies but it took FOREVER. The girl who took my order lacked in customer service and must have been having a bad day ud83dude1e
