Asian Wok

This place has the absolute BEST Egg Drop soup!! I even tried to learn to make it myself and it was nothing compared to here! The portions are HUGE! I'm talking dinner and lunch the next day! My family comes here all the time and we are never disappointed !

I usually enjoy Asian wok. I love their pad Thai because you get a very good portion for a low price. Although they have been very disappointing the last couple of times I have ordered. One of the times, my husband ordered pad Thai and we got the wrong order. We had to take it back to exchange it and they were rude to him. I cannot confirm whether or not it was his mistake or theirs, because I was not the one who ordered. I did give them the benefit of the doubt because honestly it could’ve been my husband. Tonight I ordered pad Thai and it was the worst pad Thai I’ve ever had, it literally had no sauce and was super dry.

My family has loved Asian Wok for years, but we will no longer order from them. The past few deliveries have been wrong and/or spilled out in the bag. The previous delivery they left at a neighbors door. When I called, I was told it wasn’t their problem because I ordered on their website. This last delivery was completely wrong and spilled entirely out in the bag. Again when calling to try and resolve, first they said the order would be replaced, then received an angry phone call from owner or manager telling that we were taking advantage of them before hanging up on me. I called again, was yelled at and argued with more, and hung up on again.

One of my favorite places to go to. Food is always fresh and delicious. Great calm atmosphere to dine in at with the friendliest service.

Ordered online and understand that time may take a little longer than usual, but when I called the store after it had been 40min, the person answered and I asked about my delivery as it had been 40 minutes already. They rudely cut me off and said that is being made, and then said goodbye and hung up on me. As I write this I am still currently waiting on my food going on an hour, now. My wife and I really have loved this restaurant, but will probably not order again after being treated so disrespectfully.
