This bank is junk....if I could give 0 stars I would! Needed to cash a check over my lunch break and ended up being told I had to take it to the Hastings location 5 points bc the Grand Island location is not connected to the Hastings location. After wasting my entire lunch break rushing to Hastings, that location confirmed that indeed GI or ANY other 5 points can indeed cash a check from any 5 points bank bc they are all connected they are partnering branches. This branch is just lazy! Definitely won't be using this location again for any service again!! Very disappointed!!
2 out of 3 atms out of order when i was in process of leaving town which then i had to just find any ATM closest to me at the moment and got charged twice for not using my own bank.nLobby hours ( 8-430pm) do not accommodate for a person working until 5pm on weekdays.nNo one greets you by name for as many times as i have had to rush from work just to make lobby time.nDeposits are not always readily available for use.nI truly tell my friends that if you do alot of personal banking, this is NOT the bank for them.
