They used to ask for just a phone number to cash your check if you wasn't a member. Now they want a social security number, phone number, and a finger print. The company I work for banks there that should be good enough. I won't return or consider an account here because next time they may want a blood and hair sample to do business.
I went in to get a paper noterized and Dave was rude. I’ve banked there for a while but will never go to the one on eddy and 4th again.
This is my bank, I feel comfortable with it and they are attentive and pleasant.
Terrible place, I do not recommend it, I travel around the United States and in Grand Island they paid me with a check from that bank, it was a terrible service to change it.
Very bad. The attention in this place has no desire to work at least they gave me a very bad.
