I utilized 402 Lockout to get into my garage when the openers weren't working and I couldn't find the key to the side door. They were able to send a technician within about 20 minutes, which was extremely helpful given this was an unexpected event. Isaiah, the technician, was professional, respectful, and able to fix the issue quickly. They went above and beyond to help. I would highly recommend and will be saving them in my phone for future assistance.

Called Nick give him my address and my number was there within 25 minutes as he said opened my vehicle within 30 sec paid my man 65 as he said gave hime 75 for be honest and just doing his job as he said. I like that quick service brought my anxiety down I truly appreciate that man

Locked myself out of my office. Called 402 Lockout, was given a reasonable quote, and told a tech would arrrive in 25 minutes. Isaiah showed up about 20 minutes later, and it took him less than 2 minutes to unlock the door. Great work, thanks for saving the day!

Got locked out of my business and called 402! Isaiah was amazing! After finding out we have a lock that’s impossible to pick, he still found a way to get me in! He was even to the business before I got there. 10/10 reccomend!
