Island Oasis Water Park

The park is fine, but I'll never forget going here when I was about nine years old (2009ish) and hearing the concessions employees make fun of me for being fat. Last visit was ok, but it was a but crowded.

Island Oasis is s really neat water park in Grand Island NE. It is city run with plenty of life guards which provide a very safe environment. The lazy river is my favorite feature where you ride on tubes on a winding trip under spray nozzles and through some mild Rapids. They also have a variety of slides and a very fun wave pool too. We try to take our extended family there at least once each summer. And we live over 100 miles way.

It's fun for awhile but gets boring real quick. You guys need more things to do.

Kids had a blast. Concessions were fairly priced, for $3 you can get a combo meal. Lifeguards and other staff were attentive as well as friendly. Admission was decent in price, locker area and bathrooms were fairly clean and lots of activities to do for kids to stay busy.
