To start I think there might be different staff due to Covid. Hope the place gets their grove back. My hair was blown out and she tangled it as she went along back combing and struggle parting. Did not understand hair or even how to comb it - only how to braid. Scratched my scalp while parting my hair. Also did a few braids the right size then A LOT the wrong size and so I did not get what I went for. I took it down after a few days and had too much hair loss to consider going back.
used this business 2x. 1st time great. Efficient well done EASY box braids. Waist length box braids. 180. Which is why I went back.n2nd . I was warned not to. Asked for twists. Provided the hair.(crocheted or twist in hair)nThe results were overall just not great....AT ALL.nWithin an hour of leaving the salon the hair started to unravel. In the back and the in the front. 160. Plus hair 35nDo yourself a favor. Just get simple box braids.
Very fast. Come all the way from grand island io get my hair done right!
Not only did she let me bring my 14 month old daughter because I had no one to watch her, she did my locs right and put them in a great style. Highly recommend
