He repaired our toilets and was very nice & knowledgeable. He worked hard & seemed to be a happy employee. We appreciate him taking care of our “running” toilets & hope to save $$ on our water bill!

Alan D was very thorough in checking my air conditioning and heat pump. He answered all of my questions and explained about the humidifier, marking it to make remembering which setting is for heat and which is for cool. He explained the check up sheet to me and talked to me about keeping the heat pump clean from cottonwood cotton. I was familiar with some of the information but he did not make me feel stupid as he explained things. I was very impressed.nn3/23/21nThere were two technicians today, Alan and a woman whose name I’ve forgotten. Both were very knowledgeable and answered my questions. I was impressed with both in their knowledge and the work they performed on my furnace. I had a number of questions because this is a relatively new furnace and very different than what we had before. I really appreciated the information.

Alan from Service One was awesome. He not only did a fantastic job servicing our thermostat, he went above and beyond by explaining that we have been using the wrong type of air filters this whole time. He recommended a much thinner, non allergy filter that not only works way better, but saves us money too. Very efficient and personable guy!

Alan was very thorough. He was prompt and courteous. He advised us if any areas if concern and how to best handle them if they need attention!nnMost recent service was done by Travis. He was prompt, worked quickly snd knew exactly what to do! He kept me advised of his arrival time!!!nnThe telephone scheduler was very helpful and arranged service for me on the same day even on one of the coldest and busiest days of the year!!! Sure glad I have Service One!!! David MoorennMy latest technician was Chris! He was courteous and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to help solve a long time draining problem. He was great!!!t
