H&H Kia Service Department

If I could give negative stars, I would. They have the WORST customer service. On Feb. 12, 2021, I took my car in for service at H&H Kia of Omaha. I had to go to work so I took one of their loaner cars. The loaner was a 2021 Kia with less than 3,000 miles.nThe weather was cold, I mean cold, 15 degrees below zero and light snow.nI drove 60 miles from Omaha to my office in Lincoln. Their loaner ran fine down the interstate. I parked the vehicle at a meter on the street. When I was ready to head home, about 6 hours later, their loaner car would NOT start. I called my assigned service representative, Matt, and told him the car would not start, what do I do. I was instructed to call KIA’s 24 hour roadside service line. I was not thrilled because I knew it was going to be a long wait and I needed to get my car picked up before they closed.nI called KIA’s roadside service and waited for over an hour for them to send someone out. They sent out a young man in a pickup truck to try to jump the loaner car. After trying for 15 minutes, he said it was more than the battery and left.nIt is freezing outside, starting to snow, I am 60 miles from home, the roads are getting bad, I need to pick up my car tonight and I need to get home.nI called KIA and asked for the service manager, I spoke with George, I explained their loaner car would not start, the jump did not work, and the problem is more than just the battery. I asked him what his plan was to get me home. Did he plan to send a shuttle to pick me up? Do they want to pay for an uber? This man did not care about my welfare at all. He had no plan to get me home nor was he going to help me find a way back to Omaha. George’s concern was to be sure I knew they closed at 6pm. George was not concerned the weather is bad and because of a lemon loaner, I am stranded 60 miles from home.nI am appalled at Matt and George’s complete lack of care and concern for a customer’s safety and welfare. They could have had a lot worker come down in a car to pick me up, one of these gentlemen could have come to pick me up. Do you want your wife or daughters treated like this? Their treatment and lack of remorse is shameful.

Helped changed out a battery on my key fab and was friendly helpful and quick.
