Accolade was good for a few years then suddenly when I asked for new quotes I got no response back. A few weeks later I received a new home & auto policy in the mail that I did not approve. I changed agents based on that and tried to have Accolade cancel the non-approved policies but no response to emails or calls for over a month.

I changed all my insurance policies to Accolade this past year. Many of my insurance needs were somewhat nonstandard and required some research to find the right policy. I had a number of questions and concerns that Jennifer always answered and addressed in a timely manner. It is comforting to know when I have an insurance need, that I have a helpful person that I can stop in and speak with in person. Websites and emails are fine until one feels the stress associated with a loss and needs that personal service that only a local agent can provide. Thanks for your great service!nnDan
