Being lied to is never fun. This dealership tried to pull the old bait and switch on me. I waited 3 weeks for a truck that was suppose to land at another dealership then shipped to this one. The day came and they wanted me to sign paperwork. So I went in and they said the truck failed inspection. So they then tried to push a different truck on me and when I asked for an add on tgey said it sold 15 minutes ago. I called the other dealership and they said a truck did not fail inspection and the other truck was still available. This is not a reputable dealership and I would not recommend them to anyone.

The waiting period was over two hours. I do mechanical work and understand what was needed . This period does not set for what was needed. I came in at the time scheduled. It took over an hour' to find the problem. We talked about that ahead of time. They new what need to be fixed. Overall ....the service was good. So keep up on the communication'.

Lack of communication. Had asked for a call for updates on a certain day and they never called. I had to call and then found out that the part had no eta and was backordered. Had to talk to a manager because no one would give me a straight answer as to when my car would be done. Had to bring it back 2 weeks after it has already been then because they replaced something and it didn’t fix the problem. Still after a second visit I don’t think they totally fixed it. Think the mechanic just guesses and starts with the most expensive parts without inspecting it like they should. I was in for an AC repair and they first time it was in they didn’t look for leaks. Sent it out the door leaking so when I had to bring it back a second time is when the part was now “backordered” they magically found a part at a different dealer and overnighted it after waiting a WEEK of doing nothing but sitting on my truck for a $30 seal costing me $100 per day for a rental car. I find this service department to be money hungry and service sucks. I feel they charge way to much for shop time and the quality of service is poor at best. Things should not be sent out the door without checking for leaks or making sure things are working correctly. Everyone in this department needs more training, needs to follow through with simple instructions from the customer like calling on a given day with an update, mechanics need to stop wasting shop time and fix the problem and not put bandaids on it. I am highly disappointed with the service I have received the last few years at this dealership and wouldn’t never recommend anyone using them if they are able to go somewhere else.

Nothing but the best experience. Jessica was very helpful from our 1st contact all the way from when we drove off the lot. Always very responsive willing to answer any questions we had. Accommodated around our schedule. Up front pricing. No pressure from anyone. Definitely highly recommended!!
