I bought a Rav4 11/13/2020. I have taken it back 4 times to get audio media working. At least 1 hour each time. It’s 35 miles for me each time. 12/2/2020 still not working. It is very frustrating as was sold vehicle equipped with this. Was one of selling points. I will not purchase another vehicle from here nor do I recommend it. Salesperson nice but not knowledgeable.

Had a few oil changes here and the last time the mechanic said that I should have them change my brake fluid. On a 2015 Toyota Corolla (with no brake troubles)? I don’t think so... ud83eudd14

******UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES*****nI gave them all my personal information only to be ignored the following day. I had to find out through my bank that my loan was approved. It felt like a cat and mouse game to get me into buying a more expensive vehicle. I decided to take my money elsewhere. Furthermore, I am actively monitoring data related to my SSN to ensure my identity doesn't get stolen. They lack transparency and extremely poor communication, feels more like a sketchy used car lot. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!.

Went out yesterday to run downtown in my new 2020 RAV4 (3,927 miles) dead battery (8.64 volts). Called Bud Clary Toyota and spoke to the service department. Explained the situation and they said to jump it and bring it in. Being it is brand new and under warranty I didn’t feel it was my responsibility to get it to the dealer, they said to call Toyota Care. I did and approximately a hour later a local tow yard showed up and jumped it. I took it directly to the dealer and waited while they checked it out. After doing some online research about other RAV4 with the same issue I was concerned that I might get a song and dance. Not so, after a couple of hours they brought it out and explained that it was a problem that had been discovered in the communication system and was covered by a service bulletin. They said if I had any issues to call them and it would be taken care of. After all that being said I was expecting worse, but am happy with their service. A classic example of “Under Promise and Over Deliver”

Staff are always very friendly and go above and beyond, especially the mechanics to make sure that the vehicle is the safest possible before you drive off. The staff are very detailed oriented and look out for the customer.
