I can’t even begin to explain how thankful we are to Jenkins auto barn and everyone who works there. My boyfriend and I were traveling from San Diego in our van on a huge road trip and started to experience issues once in Washington. When we got to Moses lake we tried a couple different places to help us. We didn’t have an experience with anyone else close to the one we had with them. From the second I walked in the door Aaron started taking care of us as if we were family. He first gave us suggestions to try on our own before throwing money at it. Once we came to the conclusion that we couldn’t do it on our own we went back to them, they went above and beyond to help us. Gavin who did the majority of the work was amazing. He took his time making sure everything was right and explained to us what he was doing so we could fully understand the issue with the car. After spending most of our day there we were able to leave with the car fixed and a price that definitely didn’t amount to the work they put in. I highly recommend going to them for any of your car needs. They make me wish I lived here just so I would be able to use them for all my car needs. It is very hard to find people in this industry that treat you like they treated us. Thank you Jenkins Family auto barn for getting us back on the road and offering to stay in touch so that we have a successful trip.

On vacation, car window assembly broke on a Saturday and they fit us in last minute! Super friendly, great shop! Repair was quick. Price was fair. I would highly recommend this business!

Mr Jenkins & the guys replaced an alternator in my ‘06 Subaru Outback. NOT an easy task, it’s a Subaru. During the process they discovered a couple of other issues that could have snowballed into major issues in the near future and saved me money doing so. I don’t care if you live in Seattle or Spokane (God forbidud83eudd2e), Jenkins Family Auto Barn is the ONLY place my car will get service from. It would be stupid to go anywhere else.
