The coffee itself was pretty okay, definitely better than a certain rival I won't name (it rhymes with farclucks) - the service was pretty disappointing though. I had someone come out and take my order (they were busy so I totally get it and actually really appreciated it) but when I got to the window the person at the window had no idea that I had placed the order. I had to verbatim tell her exactly what I had ordered for the family, and even at that point they forgot about a drink. I've heard only the best about DB so I trust this was a one-time thing...again the coffee wasn't the worst, hence a three-star.
The employees are just a bunch of sweethearts! The coffee is amazing. The tea is great. And they have so many options for your little ones! 10/10 would reccomend.
Waited in line for 15 minutes on a buy one get one promotion only to be told it’s only a text deal and the woman was not very nice about it. I thought y’all were supposed to be nice company.
I loved going to th Dutch Bro’s in Moses Lake WA. The crew was always loving, caring and great service. I moved to Gillette, WY the end of July, I really miss their coffees. Please think about opening one here in Gillette. We will take the one you closed in AZ. Not joking on this. Do you by any chance sell your coffee beans or grounds through the mail.
