We have used Leota Goodney for about twenty years now. We had been at another very long-time firm in Northfield and when we switched, Leota caught several errors the other firm made, and we received a refund. Ann has been our accountant ever since, she is amazing!!! Her knowledge is unmatched. The entire office is fabulous and extremely responsive. We have lived out of state since 2008, but would not think of going elsewhere. They are like finding a great mechanic or dentist--absolute gold!!! Thank you, Ann, for the last twenty years, we appreciate the great work you have done!!! Highly, highly recommend!!!

I signed up with this company last year and was handed to a newbie in the office. He left and my paper work was wrong and in limbo until I called and talked to another lady that was nice enough to fix it and got me a great return. Then this year I have filed on two separate programs and tried to pay someone from another company to do my taxes because the agi from last year was messed up and this company wants to charge me full price to fix it when I could have filed myself for free if this agi wasnt a problem made by this company... I just hung up on the company because even though I called frustrated I was calm but the lady I talked to wouldnt let me finish a sentence which made this all a whole lot more frustrating... I dont reccomend this company they make mistakes that cost you time and money and makes a frustrating situation worse.
