Great price, excellent condition, great security.

So I went to rent a storage unit from him and he was asking where I worked, how I was going to pay for my unit, and all of these other personal questions. Then he said that he was not going to rent to me once he found out I was on disability. I don't think that is right by no means at all

*****most unprofessional business owner I’ve ever met**********GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!nnI rented a storage unit from Ron, he didn’t have me sign any paperwork or do anything at all that made me feel comfortable renting a storage unit from him. He did it all by talking over the phone and verbally telling me the exit code. Right after I finished paying him for the unit I felt uncomfortable and waved him down before he drove out of the storage facility to ask if I should get a receipt or some kind of paperwork and he said no.nnNow onto the real issue, this man never plows when it snows. None at all, he also lied to me and told me he was working on it all week knowing that I was in Moses lake. Well I decided to drive down there cause he told me he wouldn’t send me any photos so I could see the condition of the facility. He lied, he never even attempted to clear any snow at his facilities yet all the other storage place in Ephrata were plowed. I called three of them and all of them told me the same thing, we plow because we feel it’s our responsibility to our leasors. When I brought up the fact that Ron hadn’t plowed at all he just started screaming on the phone like a 10 yr old. This old man only wants your money, get a storage unit somewhere where they take pride in their business and treat customers appropriately.nnI needed to move and now I can’t and Ron is costing me a lot of money. When I asked how long til it’s finished being plowed(before I knew he was lying), Ron said at least a week. Ron said this because that’s when the snow will be gone naturally, this guy is a piece of ....... I’ll will be calling the bbb and the state to see if I have any recourse.

The only reason I rated yenney storage a 1 was only because I had to push a star to leave a comment. I rented from Ron and he said they would send out statement to the address I gave him and nothing was ever received. I had a hard time reaching him and finally got a response through email. Then when I sent a payment it was returned to me with incorrect address then I tried to reach him again and again but still nothing. Finally he responded through email saying he had sold my storage for lack of payment. I looked up the laws and he has failed to prove to me that he followed all laws that he tried to contact me etc. I lost everything. And it's not over. Ron I will be put you and your operation on front street. Guaranteed
