Nice, clean, easy in and out. Typical Old Navy but thats not a bad thing.
I will never set foot in the store again as I was treated very rudely by Tammy yesterday when I was returning a pair of jeans that I ordered online. I requested a refund and she ask me in a very accusatory tone of voice did you wear these? They look perfectly fine I only had them one day but the tag had fallen off. I told her I tried them on and when I realized that they were too short for me I decided to return them. She then asked me again in a very accusatory tone of voice well how long did you have these on for? I said about 10 minutes. She then pick them up and wrinkled up her nose and threw them around and looked at them like she thought I was lying. So rude and uncalled for I've never been treated that way in the store before ever!
Friendly staff and very helpful. As a heavier guy I was pleasantly surprised that the size that I wear not only was there but also fit like it should.
I used to like Old Navy for inexpensive clothes. You could find great deals. Nowadays you can still find pretty good deals for t-shirts and waffle shirts, but I've noticed the price has gone up on a lot of things like sweatpants, jeans, and sweatshirts
