I am not sure if it luck, but everytime I have been in to this finishline, they are helpful and friendly. Brady has helped me on numerous occasions and is the reason I continue to shop there whether its just buying socks or shoes for the family. Very friendly, ensures things are run fairly. Highly recommend

Dylan and Bryce wow. You guys know how to treat a customer took care of me . I always buy Air Max there last pair popped right away they made it right in a major way and treated me right. Also showed me some new boost shoes he had really nice said I should get a pair of those as well for daily use . I will be back like usual store was closing and they didn't care completed the sale. Customer for life thank you

I was with a friend shopping. We stopped by to get him a pair of shoes and I saw some athletic wear I liked and most of the items I chose were on a good sale. I don't tend to go to this store, but I may have to check them out more often.

I hesitated on how to rate this. The store is nice and they have great selection, however this is my 2nd visit in 6 months and I can't say much for the customer service. Buying shoes for the kiddo and they measured his feet both times, but it was hard to get attention after that. They are plenty nice when you ask for something, but they don't lace up the shoes, or stay around to make sure you get them on ok, or to answer any questions etc. Each visit was a different sales person, so it appears to be a theme there. Do shoe stores not provide that service anymore? Do they not provide the lacing and assistance because it's a child? I don't know. I used to shop here all the time and never had anything like this in the past. I do know after spending over 200 dollars on 2 pairs of kids shoes in 6 months, I probably won't go back. Customer service is very important, and if you want friendly hands off service, then you will like it here. I prefer hands on, or to buy online for a cheaper price. If finish line can't provide the customer service I see no reason to keep shopping there.
