Caroline is the friendliest, nicest, and hardest working sales person that I have been assisted by! She helps give fashionable recommendations on sizes and color and is really nice. She has been working here for a while so I always see her.

After shopping at American Eagle for jeans for the past 15 years, this was my best experience yet at American Eagle. When we first came in we were happily greeted by a sales person who readily answered the questions we had about the men’s jeans styles. This same clerk checked in on us later to see if we found what we were looking for.nnI was nervous the salesclerk at the counter would be annoyed because I had so many returns, but she was also super kind and helpful about the returns. She then helped us to find the specific type of jeans for my husband we were looking for. Based off of what we were describing she efficiently and accurately recommended a jean style we would like— and she was right. :)nnOverall, great atmosphere with kind and intentional employees. I could tell the genuinely liked working their and assisting us. Thank you!

After trying to place an order online with 30% off, the coupon would not take. It wasn't clearance, or sale, all items were ok. Tried chat which wasted 30 minutes of my life. They offered 25% instead. Really? 5% to lose a couple hundred dollar order? I guess this is why these stores are going bankrupt and falling apart. Enjoy your future time in bankruptcy, all for 5%.

The associate which I believe was the manager was so helpful she helped my daughter locate items that she was looking for and items that she wasn't able to located she suggested ordering online.
