Each is entitled to their own opinions! This place is a nice little shop or boutique! Highly overpriced with not a variety. Quality shouldn't break the bank. Im willing to pay if worth it but, children's choice come on. If mine had a choice she would wear her princess gown everywhere and didnt cost half that. My two year old growing too fast to spend money like that. Just my opinion..

First time in this store and both my daughter and absolutely loved it. Staff was friendly and we found some excellent deals! Will definitely be going back again and again!

I was gifted a dress from this place that was too small for my daughter so I packed it up to return it. I noticed on the receipt that they have a 24hr return policy so I called them and explained that this was gifted and was past the 24 hour return policy and asked if they ever made exceptions to their policy. The gentleman I spoke with said it was no problem and that I could come in to return the dress. When I got there, the man asked if I was the one that called and I said yes. He then makes a call on his cell phone to a different gentleman and hands me the phone to speak with him. The gentleman on the phone informs me that they will not accept any returns after 24 hours. I explained that I had called ahead and was told it was okay only for him to continue to say they will not let me return it. I understand this is the policy but to tell me originally it wouldn't be a problem then pull a stunt like this after I arrive with my baby at tow is completely ridiculous. Horrible customer service.
