Date of Visit: 01/07/2020 - No major complaints. Ordered some items online and shipped to the store (instead of paying for shipping). Was able to walk right into the store and to the desk to pick-up my items. The store clerk offered for me to open the package in store, asking if I wanted to try anything on. The sales associates did seem friendly enough.

Okay. I went with my granddaughters to buy undergarments. Not too quick to help and slow to get to counter to check us out. Only two other customers and both people working were assisting her. I've had better service at other Lane Bryants. The store itself was clean and the new arrivals were set up beautifully.

Incompetent store employees and Horrible customer service at the corporate level. The store lost my order after they were supposed to send it back to get refund. After waiting a week and a half for my refund I gave them a call, spoke with the manager who told me to contact customer service line. When I called customer service they told me I had to contact the store. HUH??? The store told me I had to contact them. I was proceeded to be informed that the employee that handled the transaction was not at the store currently and I had to wait until the employee was back to track the return back. WTH!!!! When I voiced my objection to this the “customer service” representative kept talking over me and would not let me speak. I ended up having to open a fraud claim with PayPal to get the item resolved. Avoid the headache and just go to Torrid. Better clothes and much friendlier and helpful employees. My biggest regret is ever going through Lane Bryant.
