Just went into Burnsville today and usually there’s this super nice guy that is always helpful. Well today I went in and the owner was working. He was on his phone the whole entire time. Didn’t welcome us. When we asked for help he barely acknowledged us and said he didn’t have what we wanted so we left. The whole time he was on the phone and giving us dirty looks like he didn’t want us there. I felt very unwelcomed and will never be coming here again. Sad because my boyfriend used to buy a lot of clothes from here. This store has gone downhill. They never have anything new and never have sizes you needs. I’m honestly surprised this store is still in business. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and I’m not being dramatic.
