This is the best underwear shop I was even been in to I love Victoria's secret the reason because I was in the store and then always have the girls coming over and asking me was I need the help to get any size of the everything! ❤ufe0fOr either They can order online and ship it to you home for Free! ud83dudc4c(If the thing you want isn't having instock ) but there is sad thing is They are closed up for the dress room for the quarantine ud83dude0c

First time being back at this location since the global shut down due to a pandemic. I was pleasantly surprised. The store was fully stocked and neat. I had a young beautiful lady greet me at the front and explain to me that the store is practicing social distancing. I had two employees asking me how I am doing and if they could help me. I also opened an Angel card, which is awesome! I was very happy with my service and my purchases. Here are some things I got (see below). I really recommend this store because it has good selection and very friendly staff!

I returned some items I ordered online which didn't fit. It's difficult to know if the items fit when you order online. I had my receipts for some of the items and the sales associate and I looked on my order history and by my credit card. Kudos to the sales associate for taking the time to do that. The returns still have not shown up on my card and it has been 8 days. I went into a different VS today and a sales associate explained that the items had to go through the processing system before it shows up on my card. I wish someone would have explained that at the other store. I asked if it was better to return items in store or online and she said in the store so you don't have to pay shipping but a VS CS representative online said they would refund shipping because of the pandemic.

This store never disappoints, it’s my go to for all my wife’s gifts! With ever changing inventory and wonderfully amazingly helpful staff it’s always a pleasurable shopping experience!
