At a recent target run I was stuck in a long line at self checkout , like everyone else I was feeling a little impatient. However Matt (tall thin guy with dark hair) was able to quickly turn my mood around after he greeted myself and the people in front of me with an apology for the wait time AND THEN thanking us for being patient. I’ll be honest after 10+ years of shopping at this target he is the 1st to leave a good impression.

I love the new layout of the store. It's like a new-age department store. Everything is visually pleasing and easily shop-able. The housewares section is my favorite to browse.nAlso a big fan of the Black History section highlighted front and center of the store!
This place is on Chic Fil A customer service level.... always someone there greeting you when you enter and they always say thanks for coming in when I leave... super helpful and polite staff.
tall brunette white guy with the backstreet boy haircut (who i think is in some type of management position) - why are you exempt from wearing a face mask like the rest of the employees and customers in the store? twin cities ICU’s are at capacity and every time i come into this store i see you get to walk around with a face shield that is doing absolutely nothing. seems pretty unfair and makes me feel unsafe as a customer.
