I returned a stethoscope here today. The lady at the front was like I was talking with you in the phone earlier. Which I never did call the store.nnShe’s like we don’t tape our stethoscope boxes. Which is kinda funny cause that’s how it was bought. And the ones hanging I checked before I left and they’re taped. Her customer service was terrible. Especially when she was accusing me of being someone she talked with earlier.nnShe took the stethoscope out of the box and banged the hearing piece on the counter and she was inspecting it. So I hope you don’t resell that scope since it could be off kilter now.nnNever will I ever return to this store to buy my scrubs.nnDon’t assume that someone who comes into the store is the person you talked with earlier.
Best experience ever! This was my first time buying scrubs; I was intimidated, but when I walked in, Deb was there to help. She was so kind and excited to find the right fit, look, and material for my body shape and preferences. I left with the perfect set of scrubs and felt so taken care of and happy. I recommend them to everyone and will definitely be back!
