Eric was very professional and took time to ensure I understood what was wrong with my furnace. Even showed me pictures. Really courteous and a pleasure to speak with. I highly recommend him and would have him come again! The installation team ( Branden&Cameron) were friendly, neat, very helpful even with issues that they weren’t here for! Took time to explain things and patiently answered questions. I would definitely recommend these professionals!!

Wide spread electric issues are something most home owners hope they never have to deal with. Unfortunately I am not so lucky. Fortunately my research lead my to neighborhood and their tech Justin Brown. He showed up on time, answered my questions professional and politely. I would not hesitate to call Neighborhood again. However after replacement of a burned out 100amp box to a new 200amp box plus some rewiring I shouldn't need to. Thanks again Justin.

Mike was the service technician who came out and diagnosed the issue. He was friendly, professional, and thorough. He gave me multiple options for installation of a new water heater. I was impressed with how long the company has been in business. I will definitely use them in the future and recommend to others!

Jason did an outstanding job with responding to my call and providing excellent service with repairing an issue with the sensor on our furnace. I highly recommend him. He was very professional, polite and friendly. He also instructed me on self repair should the sensor cause problems in the future.
