I love this store so on it with products. Went to four different stores Fred Meyers, Akins, Walmart, and WallnGreens no rubbing alcohol stores selves empty. Go to Rite Aid there it is rubbing alcohol, these criticalntime it high demand. This is not first time me and my family has to run around for things. Rite Aid will be my first store from now on, and you all have great customer service. :) :) :)
First time at this pharmacy and it will be my last. The most rudest customer service from Josh today. This little guy must of been having a bad day. Don't worry rude little Josh were going back to Walgreens. Work on your customer service your job depends on it. As for the lady's in the pharmacy you were very sweet.
They greet you when you enter the store, the store is always clean and the clerks are friendly and helpful.nI love Ephrata Rite Aid!

The pharmacy staff are very disrespectful and rude. My wife and I live in Soap Lake and use the GTA for transportation. We brought the bus in because we went in the night before and they told us that her meds would be ready in the morning. We got there and my wife had some pillows because she has a bad back. So the staff in the pharmacy called the manager and asked her to say something to us as they assumed that we were homeless or something, when in fact we were waiting for my wife's prescription to be filled. I do not recommend this pharmacy to anyone. The staff in the actual store itself are very helpful and respectful. We've never had any of them treat us rude in any way. In fact, we love Ephrata Rite Aid, because employees there are so kind. The pharmacy staff, on the other hand, should consider new jobs, as they clearly show us that they are not happy with their employment.
