Mark Deal was honest and very professional. He was able to give me some discounts for certain things. He was able to do my sink work while he was he and I truly appreciated it. I had a new Bryant heat pump & furnace installed by Air Mechanical. The service was excellent at every level ...from sales to final install. Great people & a great company that’s focused on customer satisfaction. Having experienced a few contractors during this process, Air Mechanical outshined them all & by far. Love these guys.nnKenny came by a week later to ensure everything was operating as it should and also replaced a valve that was found to have a manufacturer’s leak. His work was impeccable.

I had a regular yearly maintenance cleaning and checkup done on my furnace and AC unit. Megan Mattson was kind and efficient. I have no complaints on the service performed, or their professionalism.nnI would highly recommend Air Mechanical as a company. They may not be the cheapest in town, but remember, you get what you pay for. And spending just a little more with these guys is definitely worth it.nnShe made a few suggestions and gave me good options right now. I could not ask for anything more. Even my daughter and cats liked her. They usually are shy and will not come out for strangers.

Our builder of our new home used Air Mechanical for heating and cooling. I have to say we are very pleased with the job that they did! Bridget is the office was terrific when scheduling a couple service checks. Also the guys that came out (Nick S. Aaron E, Phil S, Brian E) were wonderful! Very happy with their service.

We needed to install a couple cold air returns, a new furnace and new central air conditioner. Air Mechanical came out to give us an estimate 10am 7/31. They were told we are preparing to sell our home. He didn't leave an estimate as he would be requesting some help with more expertise. I called 8/3 to find out when this followup would be. I was referred to the appropriate person and left my question on his voicemail. I felt it was the estimators job to followup with us but we wanted to make a decision so I the customer followed up. We haven't received either a call or an estimate as of today 8/20/20. We decided to go with a different company who gave us an estimate within a couple days, has a top-rated brand name and who immediately completed the job. If Air Mechanical is too busy or didn't have the expertise to handle our estimate and installation, just say so early. We have an existing home which may not be as much of breeze for installation as new construction homes. If you can't manage the job right now, let us know when you could have scheduled it.
