Ephrata McDonald's sets the standard for excellence. We are fortunate to have such a well maintained and motivated franchise in our area. Yes mistakes are make but come on.... they are far and few between in my experiences.
Sometimes they get the order wrong, and or forget sauces etc. Awhile back I ordered double cheeseburgers minus pickle & onion. Got them home, discovered they had pickle & onion. They even had the special slip taped to them. Most of the time, for those in our family who do like pickle & onion, they are very skimpy. Usually one pickle. Almost no ketchup, mustard or onion. Usually the employees are friendly.
At least it is ge really consistent food. Not my favorite, but the kids like it.
