Slow and out of everything once you get to the speaker to find out they're out of everything you're stuck on line. I heard the worker tell the car in front of me eggs are going to take 15 minutes and as long as I have to keep taking orders I don't have time to cook lol as if it was the customer's fault
This place would receive a 0 if it would let me . They never have anything , I asked for a medium coffee with two creams I got a large coffee dome lid with milk. The attendant told the car behind me you might as well buy some thing since you’re already stuck in line. There was a 20 car build up with no signs stating that they had no cream . They were trapping everyone to buy what they had even if they didn’t want it. I asked for management or management number and the guy that was working told me to buzz off. Tim Hortons is a great franchise but this location is terrible. And I’m always afraid to ask for anything so they don’t spit in my food or cuss me out. We have an office right across the street with 20 employees my employees used to always go there, now they refuse. Every time you pull up to say thank you for coming to Tim Hortons we are currently out of cream , cups , lids , only taking cash . I hope they fix the issue as it would be a waste if a franchise
Very poor service I have tried to go there many times hoping it would change .but it doesn't. Today like other days I had to wait longer than normal compared to other Tim H and the doughnut I got was old very disappointed when you're looking forward to a good doughnut they make.

11am drive through interaction was fast, efficient, and accurate with a patient, friendly and funny customer service worker. Highly recommend this location.
