Ordered 3/9/21 and my order was a 10 piece half and half of two diff wet rubs. I got a wet and a dry. My girlfriends order was not included at all and after an hour and a half process to get her order sent to us. It was still missing the blu cheese cup. So essentially this location struggles and nothing is being done about it. Super cool ud83dudc4cud83cudffc
Great timely service and the manager is goes above and beyond to make sure the customer leaves happy.
Slow slow slow! Doesn't matter if its a large order or small. These folks take forever. Better inspect your order before leaving too.
The food is actually good, but when you call to place an order every woman I’ve spoke with is unprofessional to say the least and you'll be on hold forever. This has happened more than once, after being on hold for 15-20 minutes you’ll place an order and they’ll tell you 15-20 minutes. You arrive in that time frame and I’ve never NOT waited atleast another 20 minutes in the store. One time it was close to 45. Just a joke, mismanaged and no experience for these uneducated workers. Something needs to be done here.
Long wait beyond terrible customer service. Worker on the phone ignoring customers .nThe workers had in No gloves worker walking outside to his vehicle comes backs In To the back without washing his hands and then started touching the foodnWorkers touching their clothes then touching the food the worker was very inpatient and had an attitude. And sadly I only had two good experiences at this wing stop .
