Excellent experience, I drove 25+ min. to this specific branch bc the one by me had rather rude employees. I wanted to purchase a firearm, so I called ahead of time to ask a few questions (Qs that a worker from the other store refused to answer) and had all of them answered. Then I drove all the way out there and the young man behind the desk kept it open for me just a couple minutes late (I didn't realize the firearm section closed an hour before the rest), which I appreciated greatly. I wish I could remember the names of the two young men and young lady who helped me out, but they were all super friendly and informative! They made the paperwork & purchasing process a breeze. Attached is a picture of my pistol, I love her and I named her Jade. Thanks, guys!
A nice place. good, helpful employees. I went there just to get shoe goo. They had one in stock.
We purchased a bow target last week for a family member’s Christmas gift. We found out another family member already purchased one. We tried to return the target (of course cannot find the receipt) but had a bank statement showing the exact date of purchase and the price. The target still had all tags attached. We planned to purchase a bow case instead. The manager refused to do any sort of store credit or refund. We will GLADLY take all of our business elsewhere.
Ask associate if the piece I had would fit with replacement lid sold there. He said yes. I had the original I needed replaced. It did NOT long wait to purchase WRONG doesn't fit item ~ just for ANOTHER long wait to return it !
The Good: Got a nice sleeping bag.nnThe Bad: Didn't have everything I needed.nnALLOWING PEOPLE IN WITH OUT A FACE MASK ON.nnCome-on it's a pandemic. Respect your fellow Americans by wearing a mask. Its about stopping the spread of a horrible virus.nNot you! This is not a time to be selfish. You could be asymptomatic and not know it. Please be considerate to those who might be immunocompromised.
