Went to the Plymouth location and they sent us to Ann Arbor for a boot fitting appointment and I couldn’t be more happy with the service we received. We were scheduled for 4:30pm and Justin and the staff stayed after close to make sure our new boots were perfectly molded to fit us comfortably. We ended up getting new skis as well as some other gear. Their recommendations and knowledge are top notch and as long as I’m in Southeast Michigan this will be the only place I go for anything winter sports related.

This was our first experience with tech suits and Connor was extremely helpful. He gave us info over the phone and when we came in to the store, he remembered we called and assisted us every step of the way. A race suit purchase can be intimidating but Connor made it seamless. Answered all of our questions and we left with the perfect suit. We will definitely be back for our next suit purchases.

Great shop!!! Everyone in there is extremely pleasant, helpful and accommodating!!! Definitely my new go-to ski shop!!! I had a problem with my new skis that had the bindings mounted at another shop (long story) and I brought them into this shop to see if they could help me. Right off the bat, everyone there clearly cared about me and the issue I was having, even though it wasn’t their problem. They went above and beyond to help me, and clearly cared about the sport had a ton of pride in their work. 10/10 would recommend. Best shop in MI

Excellent customer service! My cross country ski boots failed me last week, just as we got the best snow in years and there was not another pair in my size to be found in stores or on-line. I called Sun and Snow to see if anything could be done and they said bring them in, Rob can probably fix them. I did and they couldn't have been more helpful or nicer. And Rob figured out a way to mount new hooks on my old boots so I was back on the trails the next day!! Great experience!

Been in this store twice and both times terrible customer service. Will never go back. Young man answered phone 3 times while I stood at counter waiting for service.nnTalked with Rob (owner) and he apologized for the employee and was verynconcerned and said he wanted to send a gift card to me. Rob called me again and wanted to know if I would look at review and change rating. I told him I would review once I received gift card and got back in store to get another experience.nI still have not received gift card that was promised.
